Jon is the Director and Owner of Techplus, having led the company since its establishment in 2016. With over 40 years of experience in the energy sector and a strong background in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), he brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to the business. As the primary point of contact, Jon oversees all operations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Tracey has been the Finance Manager at Techplus since 2018. An ACCA-qualified accountant with over 30 years of experience across various industries, she is responsible for all aspects of client and employee finance, including payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the business.

Grace has been with Techplus since January 2022 and is the Head of the Recruitment Department. Prior to joining the company, she worked in education while completing her university degree. She acts as the main point of contact for all employees and contractors and is responsible for mobilisation and demobilisation across both UK and overseas operations.

With over 30 years of experience in the offshore rope access industry, Mick began his career in 1995, specialising in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). He now manages the Rope Access department and is responsible for overseeing all offshore rope access activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently to the highest standards.

Jason has been working in the energy industry since 1992, with extensive experience in the electrical sector both in the UK and overseas. His expertise spans electrical construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and completions across both onshore and offshore projects.

Martin has over 40 years of experience in the energy sector, having worked in roles including project management, operational excellence, and competency-based training. Since 2021, Martin has been with Techplus as an Operations Professional within Special Projects and Training.

Lewis has worked with Techplus since the beginning of 2024 as an HSEQ Consultant. He is a skilled health and safety professional with over 19 years of experience in ensuring workplace health and safety through the continual improvement of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
